Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-demand periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Lebanon: 3–5 business days
  • Middle East: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, and shipping carrier operations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Monarc Cosmetics is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work with trusted shipping partners, Monarc Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Force majeure events
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the affected product(s)

We will review your claim and provide an appropriate solution.
