Refund & Return Policy

Returns
• You may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your order (adjust based on your policy).
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items
• Perishable goods, custom-made products, or sale items (if applicable) are non-returnable.

Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
• Please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Order Cancellations
• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
